Our Apex group has been dedicated to an “Industrial and Commercial Master Plan” for the entire Apex Industrial Park-and surrounding area-in North Las Vegas, since the beginning of 2016.

As you may know, there are three important plants being built in Apex that will be occupied by various manufacturers in the transportation industry. Those plants will likely be in full operation by the end of 2018, if not sooner. Manufacturing, warehouse and distribution space will be needed, along with community services needed to sustain the 9,000 full and part-time workers expected.

Since early 2016 we have been meeting with and developed relationships with many of the owners of the available Apex acreage, and have amassed approximately 5000 acres that can be sold.
